The lease for the unit is for 12 or 18 month duration with the option to renew at the end of the lease term. One month security deposit is required. Minimum credit score of 740 with income to rent ratio of 3:1. Credit score check as well as a background check will be conducted with proof of employment and income. The application fee is paid directly to RentSpree (Tenant screening services) and is non-refundable. In addition to the base rent, there is a $100 monthly pet fee (if applicable). $300 non-refundable move-in fee, $300 non-refundable occupancy fee and $300 refundable elevator deposit fee is charged and payable to building management. These fees are charged by the building and do not go to owner. In lieu of a security deposit, a non-refundable $1,200 admin fee (payable to Owner) is required.
In accordance with the building rules and regulations, dog owners are required to pay a non-refundable $100 per dog annual registration fee directly to building management.
